you are the person i have chosen. i choose you to be the person i call when i’m upset or when i’m excited or when i’m freaking out over something ridiculous. i choose you despite miles, despite difference, despite doubt. i choose you to work side by side with, to fight with, to make up with. i will continue to make these choices if you’ll let me.
